How do I send my photobook to Xbook for printing? Once you have completed your Xbook photobook save the file on your PC and then you may choose between two methods of sending us the file for printing.
To send your file through the internet please use the ‘order photobook’ button on the top menu bar of the Xbook photobook software screen. Follow the prompts, fill in all the necessary information and choose the ‘Upload’ option when applicable. You should receive a notice on the screen saying the upload was successful.
To send your file to us on a CD using Australia Post, please use the ‘order photobook’ button on the top menu bar of the Xbook photobook software screen. Follow the prompts, fill in all the necessary information and choose the ‘Burn to CD’ option when applicable. Please label the CD clearly with your email address and the book name, as it appears on the software and post it to:

I didn’t receive an email confirmation, what should I do? Upon completion of the upload or upon our receipt of your CD an automatic email will be generated to inform you of the file’s successful receipt and successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email then we probably have a wrong email address for you and the confirmation email was sent to the wrong email address. In that case please contact our support on support@xbook.com.au and we will make sure you receive your confirmation email.
Can I send amendments through? No. Once you have completed your Xbook photobook and have sent it through to us it automatically goes to the printing press and is not manually handled by us. If you have encountered an error and wish to fix it please contact us urgently and we’ll do our very best to attempt and stop the file from being printed, while you send us a new file. Are there backups for my Xbook photobook? Xbook’s focus is on providing specialised photo printing services, not backup and hosting services. For this reason Xbook will save your file for 1 month to allow you time to receive your album and to allow us time to do any required reprints if the photobook was damaged or is unsatisfactory. Please note that in any case the file is saved on your PC, so you also have a backup if need be.
Can I order more than one copy? Yes, of course you can. You will probably be eligible for a quantity discount in that case. Please have a look at our pricing page for quantity discounts.
How much does an Xbook photobook cost? Prices depend on a number of variables, including the photobook style, the number pages and the number of copies ordered. For full details, see our pricing page.
What payment methods does Xbook accept? The Xbook website is set up for easy and secure credit card payments. Xbook P/L accepts Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. Alternatively, you can also call us on 1300 66 88 60 and let us know you wish to pay with your credit card over the phone and we can process that for you.

How are my details secured? The Xbook order file is a propriety file and encrypted so that it can only be open and read by Xbook P/L. This is done to assure you that all your personal information, the content of your photobook as well as your personal details (including payment details) are secured while in transition.
