The Xbook photobook production process is fully automated and therefore is sent directly from your PC to the printing press. This means orders can not be canceled once they have been placed. If you have placed your order in error, accidentally doubled up on your order or for any reason you wish to withdraw your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, we may be able to grab your order file before it is released to print. What happens if my order is damaged in delivery?
Xbook does its best to pack and delivery your photobook to you in a speedy and secure manner, however, in the event the photobook was damaged during delivery please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace the product as soon as possible at no cost to you.
What if I am not happy with my Xbook photobook?
Contact us via email@example.com and we will discuss the issues you have with your Xbook photobook. In most cases we will be happy to replace the album for you or refund you if you wish to do so.
How to care for my Xbook photobook?
Xbook does not give any warranty on its personalised photobooks. However our photobooks are printed using the latest in digital printing technology with only the best consumables and paper stock, therefore we estimate the longevity of the products to exceed that of its owners. All is good and well if you care for your photobook properly, by treating it with respect as well as storing it in a dry shaded place.
