How soon can I expect my Xbook photobook?
Xbook will do its utmost to dispatch your order using Australia Post service / our courier service within 10 working days of receipt of your order and payment.
Deliveries within Australia are done through Australia Post Express service, and deliveries to New Zealand are done using regular Australia Post service.

How is the photobook packaged and delivered?
Xbook
photobooks
are packed with care and in specially designed packages to allow for maximum protection of your photobooks during their delivery. They are then delivered using Australia Post / Australia Post Express service.
Can I follow the status of my order?
Xbook sends several status notifications to your nominated email address to keep you informed of your order status. Should there be any delays we will also inform you as soon as possible. You may also log into ‘my account’ through our website and follow the status of your order.
